Having always known the Lord and growing up going to church – I felt I was led to Britwell Baptist Church through my daughter now 45years, attending the playgroup in the church hall. For 15 years 1982- 1997 with parent helpers we ran a busy and successful playgroup.

My vision for preschool was to be an outreach to the children and families attending, and to serve the surrounding wards and community with God’s everlasting and unfailing love. The lord assured me of His calling through Jerimiah 2v11 (For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord…..) as the Lord knew the plan he had instore for me, and he still continues to guide me daily.

Preschool was started in Sept 2004 with 3 members of staff and Church Leadership Team. Although our Preschool follows the Government EYFS curriculum guidelines for our children’s individual learning, we also provide firm Christian values throughout our curriculum. It is our fervent desire to impart the knowledge and love of God to our children and families. ‘Train up a child in the way they should go and when they are old they will not depart from it’ (Proverbs 2v6).

Children are provided with a stimulating, happy and caring environment where each child is treated with respect and dignity regardless of their background. Our dedicated team of Practitioners, through our keyperson system are able to cater for each child’s individual need in their care.

 

We are open term time only, 38 weeks of the year.

We are open:  Monday to Thursday 8.30 to 12.30.

We currently hold GOOD Ofsted report (JULY 2024)
